Connecting the classroom to the cutting edge of science

Our high school students recently embarked on an inspiring educational journey to the University of Tokyo, visiting the Catalysis for Energy Conversion Lab within the Department of Chemical System Engineering.

During this exclusive visit, students engaged in an interactive session on renewable energy and hydrogen technology, led by world-class researchers. The experience went beyond theory as students toured advanced laboratories and got a first-hand look at professional scientific tools, including electrolyzers and glove boxes used in hydrogen research.

By bridging the gap between STEM lessons and real-world innovation, this visit empowered our students to envision themselves as the next generation of scientists, engineers, and sustainability leaders.
